1. How can I order videos from the Falcon Family of Companies?
We will be happy to process your order, however there are few things you need to know ahead of time. We cannot ship any of our products to Oklahoma due to local obsenity laws and current political envirnoment. Orders with delivery address to PO Boxes, must be shipped via USPS. Even though we ship our products in neutral wrapping, many countries outside the United States still have overzealous customs agents. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that your international order will not be subject to customs seizure. International DVD orders will be unpacked from their DVD boxes and shipped in flat envelopes in hopes to reduce the customs exposure. 2. How do I receive a Catalog of your Videos and Accessories?
Our free on-line catalog is a great way to search for particular videos, or accessories, You can find it at http://store.falconstudios.com/index.cfm. If you would like to be on our postal mailing list (for sales or special offers), please send us your name and mailing address, along with a signed statement declaring that you are at least 21 years of age and wish to view adult materials, and a request for any available catalog brochures. 3. Do you sell your mail or e-mail lists?
We find it deplorable that anyone would try to invade another person's privacy in any manner, whether it be via junk mail, spam e-mail or checking the return address of packages being delivered. We at Falcon Studios treasure our customers’ privacy which is why we NEVER give out ANY information about you and also why our products are shipped in discreet, generic packages with a corporate return address. This is also why other Falcon Studios accounts you may have are not available on the Web site. back to top
4. Why are the on-line sales prices sometimes not the same as the mail order sales prices?
As a website member who is also on our postal mail list, you get the best of both worlds in terms of our promotional sales. Our members may take advantage of on-line sales simply by placing their order on-line. To get postal mailing list pricing, enter the mailing specific promotional code into your order during the checkout process. If you’re phoning in your order, give the mailing brouchure promotional code to the customer service representative to receive the best price. back to top
5. How do you ship my order?
Our products are shipped in discreet, generic packages with a corporate return address. Within the continental United States, our standard shipping method is UPS Ground Service and our basic rate is $8.25 for the first item, $1.00 each additional item. Priority upgrades are as follows:
UPS Second Day Air Service ($13.00 plus basic rate)
UPS Overnight Service ($22.00 plus basic rate)
USPS (US Postal Service) (automatic for PO Box addresses) is $8.25 for first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
In Alaska and Hawaii, you have two options:
UPS Second Day Service ($21.25 for the first item plus $1.00 each additional item), or
USPS (US Postal Service) ($8.25 for the first item plus $1.00 each additional item)
For orders to Guam, Puerto Rico or APO addresses, only USPS Mail is available ($15.00 first item plus $1.00 each additional item).
Orders to all other countries have two options:
UPS International Economy Service. Shipping rates are $48.00 first item plus $1.00 each additional item, or
USPS (US Postal Service) with rates of $20.00 for first item and $1.00 each additional item.
International DVD orders will be "un-boxed" and only the DVD in a flat envelope is shipped. This is to reduce the chances of being seized by overzealous custom agents.
Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm Pacific time. Please note that orders placed after 6:00am Pacific Time will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed with Next Day or Second Day service will ship the same day they are processed. Due to unexpected circumstances (product delays, etc.), we can not guarantee any specific shipping time. back to top
6. What is your return policy?
DVD's are non-returnable except in the case of defective merchandise. Latex items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Defective merchandise may be returned with 30 days of purchase for replacement. If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service at 1-800-227-3717 or send an explanatory email to service@falconstudios.com. back to top
7. Why doesn't the Falcon Store recognize my FalconStudios Membership username and password? How do I get my membership discount?
Currently the Falcon wesbites (including FalconStudios Membership, FalconVOD, and the FalconStore) all use different user accounting systems. We are in the process of unifying these accounts so a single account will work across all of our web properties. To receive your membership discount on store products, simply register a new account with the store (this is done automatically the first time you purchase a product). Use the same email address that you used to sign up for your Falcon membership. Your discount should now be applied and the correct member prices should appear in your shopping cart. back to top
8. I'm outside the United States. Can I use my overseas credit card for ordering?
We do accept credit cards drawn on banks outside the U.S. for merchandise orders. The shipping method is UPS (which may take from 4 to 7 business days transit time) and the freight fees are US $48.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. We also offer the option of shipping via the US Postal Service ($20.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item). Delivery shall be deemed complete and Falcon Studios' responsibility shall end upon the placement of items ordered, together with all necessary documentation, in the hands of the common carrier as specified by Customer for the account of Customer, for delivery to Customer, or for delivery to such addressee as Customer may designate. Falcon Studios specifically makes no warranty or guarantee of ultimate delivery and assumes no responsibility for seizure by customs or other law enforcement agency or for non delivery to the designated address for any other reason. back to top
9. What does it cost to order from overseas?
We honor Internet pricing for products, but shipping rates to overseas customers are unique. International UPS shipping rates are $48.00 for the first item and $1.00 each additional item. We also offer the option of delivery via US Postal Service at the rate of $20.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. Please be aware that due to the nature of our product and local legislation, international orders may be subject to customs seizure and we cannot guarantee that orders will not be confiscated. back to top

11. What happened to VHS?
A number of factors, including the cost and scarcity of both VHS tapes and VCRs, the cost of editing 2+ hour DVD production to fit on quality VHS tapes, and overall cost of supporting multiple video formats drove us to no longer support the VHS format. back to top
12. What happens to the movies that never made it to DVD?
Our aim is to bring the entire 35+ years of the Falcon Library to our Store (http://store.falconstudios.com/index.cfm) and Dixzar (http://www.dixzar.com). We also continue to bring classic Falcon productions to DVD each month. back to top
13. Which countries do you ship product? Are there locals that you do not/cannot ship to?
We will usually attempt to ship an order to any country that a customer wants to the product delivered. However, if high rates of custom seizures occur, we may begin to restrict shipments to taht country. Check back here to see if your country is one that we has problems shipping to. back to top
